Cornerstone Fees and Payment Options
Dental fees vary considerably among dentists. Fees are determined primarily by the dentist's clinical skills, amount of advanced dental training, the number of years in practice, the complexity of each individual case and the quality of the dental labs the dentist uses.
We make our fees affordable with extended payment programs that are available through "Springstone Patient Financing"
Our Guarantee
We understand that some dental work can be a large investment. All dental work performed by Cornerstone Dentistry is guaranteed to be of superior quality. All lab-related dental work, such as dentures, partial crowns and bridges, are performed by a certified dental lab technician. All porcelain restorations, such as porcelain veneers, inlays and onlays, are fabricated only at dental labs whose technicians have had advanced dental lab training and have been trained and certified by the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. All fees quoted are based on the high quality labs we employ.
Insurance Facts
Our practice accepts all major dental plans. As you may know, dental insurance differs greatly from medical insurance - it covers a limited amount of services in any given year. This limit is set between $1,000 - $2,500 per calendar year and, unfortunately, has not increased within the last 40 years. Therefore, dental plans traditionally are good only for basic dental services such as routine check-ups, cleanings and possibly some emergency treatments, such as root canals and/or crowns
Regardless of your insurance benefits, you are fully responsible for all charges to your account. As there are hundreds of different dental plans currently available, we do expect our patients to be familiar with their own plan. If you do have questions, however, we will be happy to assist you, in any way we can, to help you to understand your plan.
If you have dental insurance through your respective government or Embassy, please provide us with all related information and we will be happy to assist you in filing a claim.
Our Payment Options
For your convenience, we accept payment in cash or personal check, and we honor all major credit cards. We also accept wire transfers and will gladly absorb all local charges. (International wires and all charges outside of the U.S. are the responsibility of the patient.) Extended payment options are also available for up to 60 months on an approved credit. Please ask our financial coordinator for details.
All fees are due at the time of service. Please make all of your financial arrangements prior to your next appointment.
Embassy sponsored patients and Embassy representatives are required to present a letter of authorization from their respective Embassy before any dental treatment is rendered.
Scheduling
Our practice focuses on one-on-one personalized service, quality care and attention to detail. To do so, we must ensure that we allow enough time for each patient's appointment. With this in mind, for all appointments longer than one hour, we require indication of commitment by payment at the time of scheduling.
In the event that you must cancel your appointment, the following is our cancellation policy:
- Appointments of 1 hour or less - 24 hours notice, or $100 charge
- Appointments longer than 1 hour and less than 2 hours - 72 hours notice, or $175 charge
- Appointments of 2 hours or more - 7 days notice, or $250 charge
